Having qualified as an RVN many moons ago, Lisa is master of her trade, and will be a strong and vital member of our team here at Bobbing Hill. Known for her kind spirit and warm heart – she is loved by staff and clients alike. Fuelled by a desire to listen intently to every concern and solve each problem, she’s never watching the clock and her appointments will always run over time – a consistent source of mixed frustration and affection from the rest of us! Her characteristic vibrant, yet gentle manner, combined with her genuine interest in you and your pet will mean that you always feel confident in her care and comfortable in her presence. She lives with her husband Richard, their two young boys Connor and Aiden, her rambunctious Italian Spinone Otis, 4 chickens called Maude, Jemima, Peggy and Hetty and 6 fish! As if that wasn’t enough to keep her busy she is also a qualified canine behaviourist and runs her own business – The K9 Counsellor – in which she offers one-to-one behaviour consultations and training. We are incredibly excited to announce that she will be bringing ‘The K9 Counsellor’ to Bobbing Hill on Mondays at 1-2pm in exclusive Puppy Training Classes

Receptionist
Sue has worked in the veterinary industry for over 20 years and will be at the forefront of our team as we all begin this new chapter. Whether on the phone or in person, she will normally be your welcome point when contacting the practice – her calm manner and sharp instinct, developed through many years immersed in clinical work will enable her to quickly direct your problem to the right place, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient care experience. Sue finds it particularly rewarding seeing pets grow – from when they come in for their first vaccination to that said day when we all have to say goodbye. Outside of work Sue has 6 grandchildren that keep her busy, but she she does find time she can be found at a music gig, concert, play or musical. Her kind nature is further personified in her volunteer role at the local hospice, which she finds incredible rewarding. She is proud owner to Itchy, her 16 year old 3-legged cat, who is the clear boss in the house she shares with her husband Les.
